Vikram has made up his mind. He will act in a Susi Ganesan film. Things have been finalized after a long period of yes, no and maybe. Part of the uncertainty is due to the delay of Bheemaa. There were also speculations that Vikram was considering a script by director Mysskin.

But as things stand now, Chiyaan will work for Susi Ganesan.

The movie has been titled Kandasaamy. Shriya will be seen opposite Vikram for the first time. The camera will be handled by Egambaram and Devi Sri Prasad (Sachein fame) will be scoring the music.

The title gives no clue as to what the movie is all about. It could be anything from an action flick to a comic caper. No one from the Kandasaamy camp is willing to reveal anything. Shooting starts on the 15th of February.
