AVM has completed 60 years in the film field, but Vijay would be acting in their production for the first time. AVM was built up lovingly with hard work by AV Meyappa Chettiar. His sons AVM Saravanan and AVM Kumaran are running their shares separately under the same name.
AVM Saravanan and his son Guhan produced Sivaji on a grand scale. They are next to produce a film staring Surya and directed by KV Anand.
To celebrate the centenary of AV Meyappa Chettiar, AVM Balasubramanian is producing a grand budget film. Vijay has given his call sheet for the film. This is the first time Vijay would be acting in an AVM production. The director and other technicians would soon be announced according to a press release by AVM. Most probably, Perarasu could be the director of this film!
