The investigation into the Prashant Reddy murder case is proceeding along expected lines. The forensic team in its report says that there is no sign on gun residue on Venkat’s hands or clothes. So the report means that it is a case of suicide.
It may be recalled here that former PCC chief K Keshava Ro had claimed on the day of murder itself that it was suicide and not murder. But some police officials are not at all happy at the way the CID team is going about the investigation.
