The temporary stay order on Veda has been removed yesterday by the court.

'Veda' starring Arun Vijay and Sheela is produced by Vasu Bhaskar. Just when plans were on to release the film, a person named Rajaram filed a case in court saying Vasu Bhaskar owed him 24 lakhs and till that was repaid to him, the court should stop release of the film.

The judge slapped a 4 week stay order on release of the film.

Following this, Vasu Bhaskar's lawyer appealed that 7.5 lakhs would be paid before release of the film and the rest would be paid within 3 weeks after the film's release. This was accepted by the judge, who then removed the stay order on release of ' Veda '
