Ritesh Deshmukh bumped into Kevin Costner at a hotel bar while in Los Angeles for The Unforgettable tour
It was a chance meeting at the hotel lobby which resulted in an adrenaline rush. Ritesh Deshmukh was on cloud nine when he spotted his favourite Hollywood actor Kevin Costner at a hotel bar, while on The Unforgettable tour in Los Angeles, earlier this week. Costner was staying at the plush Sunset Marquis Hotel in Los Angeles, where The Unforgettable tour members were also put up.
According to an industry source, "When the Unforgettable team got a short break before their next show in Los Angeles on July 26, the stars decided to take a breather. While Preity Zinta went out on her own to check out the city, Ritesh and the Bachchans went to watch the batman film Dark Knight. After returning from the movie, Ritesh bumped into Kevin Costner at the hotel bar. It was by the bar that the two celebrities struck up a casual conversation. The discussion began with Indian and Hollywood cinema and the opportunities for the amalgamation of the two."
Speaking about Ritesh's excitement about the meeting, the source adds, "Ritesh has been an ardent fan of Kevin Costner. So it was a pleasant surprise for the actor to meet the Hollywood star. Ritesh spoke about the all the Costner films that he had watched and Costner, in turn spoke about Bollywood.
