This time she was snapped smooching, apparently her new billionaire boyfriend, oil heir Balthazar Getty.

The two were pictured on a yacht on the Amalfi Coast in Italy where they are having a secret romantic vacation.

Reports say that the actress looked relaxed and happy on board with a few American TV and film star as they dug in to a shocking PDA. Sienna in whiff took of her bikini and kissed Getty.

Getty has been known for his penchant for actresses. He has previously dated Drew Barrymore and Milla Jovovich.
