The film 'Toorpu Padamara' is about the love of a young NRI. Vijay is the hero and Ramitha Shetty is the heroine. The film got underway recently with speaker Suresh Reddy as the chief guest. Tummala Ramesh is both the producer as well as the director of the film.

This is his fourth film as a director. The film is a beautiful love story of a NRI boy. The film will be shot extensively in Godavari area, Nizamabad and Hyderabad. Veera Raghunandan, who lives in Australia, has provided the story for the film. Gorantla Krishna is the music director.
