Aishwarya enjoys holidaying in Rajasthan while husband Abhishek films for Dilli 6



Aishwarya Rai is holidaying in Jaipur, while hubby Abhishek Bachchan is filming for Dilli 6. The doting wife immediately joined her husband just after Jodhaa Akbar’s music release. She accompanies Abhishek on the sets and is extremely friendly with Dilli 6’s cast and crew, especially leading lady Sonam Kapoor and director Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra.

According to sources, Aishwarya has no major assignments and films at the moment and intends to travel with Abhishek for the entire shooting schedule of Dilli 6.

A source close to the couple says, "Aishwarya and Abhishek love to travel together and they are having a good time in Rajasthan."

Apart from watching Abhishek in action, Ash takes care of his food and costumes on the sets.

The much-in-love couple also frequently indulge in public display of affection and are known to go for romantic drives after Abhishek wraps up shooting for the day. Ash often refreshes herself by taking trips to local forts. Recently, the couple also watched Taare Zameen Par at a local theatre.

A unit member says, “Abhishek has earlier shot for Drona in Bikaner and other parts of Rajasthan. He is quite familiar with the place.”

If sources are to be believed, the couple also plan to head to Nathdwara for a darshan of Lord Krishna and the Eklingji temple in the lake city of Udaipur before returning to Mumbai.

Incidentally, Anil and Tina Ambani who are the Bachchan’s family friends recently visited the temples ahead of the launch of the Reliance Power IPO.

This isn’t the first time that the couple is mixing business with pleasure.

When Aishwarya was filming for Pink Panther 2 in Boston last year, her mother Vrinda, Abhishek, and mother-in-law Jaya had joined her. The couple and their respective mothers were spotted taking strolls, shopping and dining at posh restaurants.
