Kim Sharma who is known for not putting up with frivolities from anyone, certainly lived up to her reputation on Saturday evening. Kim was at a suburban five star hotel when a physical fight broke out between her male friends and a guy who tried to misbehave with the actress.
The actress was accompanied by two male friends from New York. Also present at the venue was Urmila Matondkar who joined Kim and her friends at their table. Tanushree Dutta, Koena Mitra, Shamita Shetty and Randeep Hooda were also there with their set of friends.
Our source said, "Kim Sharma entered the hotel with two male friends and Urmila joined her. Kim and Urmila were at the table when a man, who was sitting close by, walked up to Kim. He came too close to Kim and tried talking to her. That's when she immediately told her friends to handle the situation. Before anybody could realise what was happening, an ugly fight broke out between Kim's friends and the man."
Our source added," As the situation was getting out of hand, the hotel authorities asked them to leave. The guy in question was shown the door. Kim also left the venue with her friends after a while."
Our source said," While Tanushree and Koena were sitting on a separate table with Tanushree's sister. Randeep and Shamita Shetty were seated at different tables with their respective friends."
We first contacted Urmila who denied the story.
However, Kim confirmed and said, "Yes, it was an unpleasant incident. As for Urmila, she left before the fight broke out. The guy tried to misbehave with me and it was absolutely disgusting. I'd rather not talk about it."
However, on being probed further, Kim said, "We told the hotel authorities to ask one of the bouncers to throw the guy out of the hotel. Before the bouncer intervened, the guy pushed my friend and that's what led to the fight."
So, was she also asked to leave the hotel premises too? Kim said, "No, I was not asked to leave. However, I did eventually leave with my friends. The whole episode left a bitter taste in my mouth and I was in no mood to hang around there after that."
