Chandra Babu Naidu is grinning from ear to ear. Well you can notice it only if you look at him closely. The secret is not the Mahanadu. Babu is of course pleased with the way the Mahanadu has been conducted. It is the silver jubilee no doubt but he has stage managed it in such a way that the whole limelight is only on him.
Even the charismatic Harikrisha, who was received with enthusiastic response by the participants, could not steal the lime light from his brother-in-law Chandra Babu Naidu. Coming to Chandra Babu’s smile, it is due to a coup of sorts that he managed with the family of NTR He has managed to convince Balakrishna and other family members to the marriage of Lokesh the son of Chandra Babu and Bhuvanehwari with Brahmani, the daughter of Balakrishna
With this Babu has achieved a lot of things. The first is he has eliminated the threat of Balakrishna as a potential rival to him in the party. The move also gives him a chance to get the entire NTR’s family to rally behind him for the next general elections.
And then there are all the millions that he made and that of Balakrishna will remain in the family. However, it is said that the bride was none too willing to marry Lokesh but as prevailed upon by the family members. The marriage is likely to take place some time later this year.
