The president of Telangana Pranteeya Samithi, Mr.Gunda Yadagiri, is going to start hunger strike from November 1st at Indira Park, Hyd., demanding to introduce separate Telangana bill in the next parliament secession. In a press meet held at party office, he said the Congress Party came to power with an assurance for separate Telangana state, but ignored its commitment. Mr.Ananth Janardhan, secretary TPS, said few months back he and his party members took a cycle rally in ten Telangana districts, to press the need of separate statehood for which tremendous response received from all sectors. He said, TPS has submitted a memorandum in this regard to Mrs. Sonia Gandhi, but no action was taken so far.

Mr.Gunda Yadagiri, along with the office bearers Mr. Ananth Janardhan, T.Prabakar, Umar Khan, Sankarayya, G.ravi Kumar, and M. Krishna , has declared their decision of hunger strike (fast to
death).

Obviously the last battle for separate Telangana is taking shape,
more and more parties and people are voluntarily joining into it. Its time for Congress Party to take immediate action or else it will cost dearly to the party in the coming elections
