Shafi’s Chocolate rocked at the box office showing 94 percent collection in just three days of its release. The movie, running successfully in around 40 theatres, has got three more weeks to make more profits. The movie, with a splendid performance by rising star Prithviraj, has been well received, especially by young cinegoers.

The movie, released along with the superstar starrers Nasrani and Paradesi, has become the best movie released this Ramzan. Nasrani could not make it as expected and Paradesi turned out to be debacle. Though Paradesi failed miserably at the box office, Mohanlal feels that it is his best ever role. The movie, directed by P.T. Kunhu Mohammed, tells the story of the protagonist, from childhood toll age 85. Mohanlal feels that audiences should see such films, that form the base for good cinema.
