The Telugu Talli now has a new younger sister - ‘Telangana Talli’. The TRS chief K Chandrashekar Rao unveiled the image of Telangana Talli at the party office in Hyderabad on Friday. The Telangana Talli statue will be installed at the party headquarters Telangana Bhavan on November 15.
