Swargachitra Appachan's new film in Tamil, 'Azagiya Tamiz Magan' has all the ingredients of a blockbuster.
The media is full of reports of some very hot scenes featuring the hero, Vijay and Namitha But, along with good publicities, the film was also making headlines for plagiarism charges.

A story writer claimed that the director had stolen his story. He then filed a case against the director and producer. There also was a stay order against the film's shooting. Everything was resolved when the producer agreed to pay him Rs 6 Lakhs. Rs 1 Lakh was given soon after.
The writer filed a case against the producer for the payment of the remaining amount. The case finally came for hearing. The dispute was resolved when the producer's lawyer assured that the remaining amount would be settled. With that, the film cleared one of its biggest hurdles to its release.
