Surya is on cloud nine, now that his Vel is doing very well across all centers and his Vaaranam Aayiram is going on in full throttle. He seems to have this uncanny ability to strike a chord with his directors. The Hari- Surya team has reaped success again after their first outing with Aaru doing well not only in Tamil but also in the Telugu-dubbed version.
Now with Vel doing extremely well in Tamil, plans are to release its dubbed version in Telugu very soon. But the problem is that, the theaters in Andhra are full with Telugu releases and are not in a position to accommodate Vel at the moment. Surya feels that the timing on the Telugu release is crucial, as any delay would fizzle out the curiosity generated by the Tamil version.
His fan following is huge in AP and he wants to bank on that, as almost all of his previous films have been successful there. No wonder he is in a hurry to release it at the earliest. Meanwhile, sources say that the theatres have promised to release it as soon as possible.
