Veteran Actress Suhasini , who gave a splendid performance in her last Kannada movie, Maathad Maathad Mallige (2007), has now signed a Malayalam movie. She will be seen sharing screen space with veteran actors Biju Menon and Thilakan.

The movie by T.V. Chandran is based on the 2002 Gujarat riots and tells the story of a Muslim lady who falls victim to the riots. Aryadan Shoukat produces the movie slated for release early next year.
