The holy temple of Durga Maleswaa Swamy at Indrakeeladri is now soaked in the blood of innocent pilgrims. Six pilgrims, five women and a child lost their lives in an unfortunate stampede incident at the temple this morning. The temple authorities are trying to pass the buck on to the police.
And in a bizarre statement the EO says that it is the pilgrims who should be blamed for the mishap. He says that they should not have come in such big numbers. The chief minister has taken a serious note of the incident and has ordered for a report. The governing board members are stated to have put in their papers.
