A commemorative stamp featuring actress Madhubala, hearthrob of yesteryears' cinefans, will be released by the Department of Posts on March 18.
The stamp with the information sheet and the first day covers would be available for sale at philatelic bureaux and head post offices, an official press release said here on Friday.
