Comparisons with his talented parents Anupam Kher and Kirron Kher are going to be a part of newcomer Sikandar Kher's life, and he knows it. Now with his debut film, Sanjay Gupta's Woodstock Villa , coming up soon, it's only a question of when.
But Sikandar isn't over-awed by the expectations . "It is obvious that people will compare my acting with that of my parents. It is a part of a star-son's life," says the debutante.
"My parents are very supportive and have never stopped me from doing whatever I wanted to do in my life. They always encourage me, and they've made it clear to me before joining the industry that acting is not an easy job and I'll have to work to prove myself."
