Shriya is acting strangely after the release of Sivaji The actor suddenly jacked up her price and was shunned by producers for acting too pricey. She even lost out on a few good offers because of her starry airs.

She is currently acting in Alagiri Tamil Magan with Vijay in the lead. She gave dates for the film and due to frequent postponement on her account the film could not be completed. She is now charging the producer Rs. 65,000 per day to finish her part in th film. She is reportedly stepping out of the house only after collecting the amount from the producers.
