Shriya Saran, Tara Sharma and Anupam Kher are all set to star in the forthcoming Hollywood film, The Other End Of the Line.

Unlike the stereotyped crossover movies which deal with NRI families, The Other End Of the Line is the story of a customer service manager who lives in India, who like any other call-centre employee, pretends to be American to her callers.

But in this movie, the girl form India falls in love with an American caller played by Jesse Metcalfe of The Desperate Housewives fame.

Shriya's character decides to take an adventurous trip to the US without informing her parents, played by Anupam Kher and Sushmita Mukherjee. And Shriya's character decides not to reveal her true identity-Metcalfe is told she is from San Francisco.

The story takes yet another twist when Shriya's parents reach the States and bring her back home and our American hero is left wondering what to do next.

The film is yet another love story between an Indian girl and an American boy. This is Shriya's first Hollywood film. Rumour has it that we can expect a hot steamy kiss between the Shriya and Jesse.

The Other End Of the Line is produced by Ashok Amritraj and directed by James Dodson.
