Shooting of 'Pellikaani Prasad' directed by Satyam Dwarapudi and produced by Ramesh Kumar Alapati and Soma Vijayaprakash on the banner of Godavari Films with Sivaji , Naresh and Sridevi in the lead was completed recently. A song 'Ayyayo… Ayyayo…' was canned at Ramoji Film City with which the unit wrapped up the shooting.

Presently post-production works are going on at a brisk pace. The producers are making efforts to launch the audio in the first week of August and the film in the last week. It is a family subject with love in its backdrop. The director made efforts to explain in detail about the love, affection, relationship in a family system.
