Narayanan Nagalasseri, under the banner of Nagalasseri films, is producing Naale. Story, direction and dialogues are done by Manu. Camera is handled by M.J. Radhakrishnan and lyrics by Mullanezhi. Rajesh Mohan is the music director. Sobhana is the heroine. Other cast members include Sai Kumar, Manoj K. Jayan, Jagathy, Devan, T.G. Ravi, Shafna, Priya Raman, Sukumari, Sangeetha Mohan and Ambika Mohan.

Shobana, who has acted in many Malayalam films, makes an entry back after a long break. She was introduced by Balachandra Menon through April 18 in 1984. Later that year she acted as Mammootty’s heroine in Kanamarayathu which became a huge hit. An accomplished dancer, she has conducted dance shows in many countries. She won her first National best actress award in 1994 for Manichithrathazhu (Malayalam). Her second National award came in 2001 for Mitr, My Friend, directed by her real life friend Revathi.
