Bollywood actor Shahid Kapur is opting for a new long-haired look for his upcoming project, a musical film to be directed by Ken Ghosh for UTV.
The music video maker had turned filmmaker with Shahid's debut film, 'Ishq Vishq' and had followed it up by bringing Shahid and Kareena Kapoor together for the first time with 'Fida'.
Ken said, "Shahid is making changes in his physical appearance. The new film is an out-and-out dance film, which will be on the lines of a larger than life Broadway musical."
The actor, whose last two releases 'Vivah' and 'Jab We Met' have been box office successes, is all set to fly abroad to learn different dance styles as well as work on his body to make it look like a trained dancer.
He is also sporting a 'six pack' for a dance sequence, which will be choreographed by a Hollywood dance specialist.
Shahid said, "I do only one film at a time and hence can take liberty to experiment with my looks."
He further said that he is looking forward to the release of his next film 'Kismet Konnection,' on July 11, starring himself and Vidya Balan, directed by Aziz Mirza.
