Just a few days remain when Shah Rukh Khan ’s wax statue at London’s Madame Tussauds museum will be unveiled.
Experts from the museum have already met the Bollywood star and taken precise measurements of his physical features, his face and his hair.
Work on the statue is said to be underway and the wax figure is expected to be completed by the end of March.
Reports have it that a special ceremony has been planned at Madame Tussauds on April 3 for the unveiling of the statue by SRK himself. SRK will reportedly fly to London from Malaysia, where he will be for an awards function.
It is learnt that a red carpet will be rolled out for the superstar at the museum. Plans are also afoot to close the Baker Street for traffic for sometime so that SRK’s fans in London can interact with him before the unveiling of the statue.
Sources are quoted as saying that SRK is expected to appear at the unveiling ceremony in a very stylish way.
Shah Rukh will be the third Bollywood celebrity to have a wax statue at Madame Tussaud’s after Amitabh Bachchan and Aishwarya Rai
