The dusky Bengali beauty, Bipasha Basu has never been afraid of experimenting with her roles and looks. Her sex symbol image, which started with JISM, AJNABEE and became stronger with her bold role in DHOOM:2, has set many a hearts on fire and has won her countless fans. Yet, in a stark contrast to her image, she was seen (and admired) in a deglamourised 'avataar', that of a physiotherapist, in the recently released DHAN DHANA DHAN GOAL.
However, Bipasha now wants to break away from her image of a glam-doll and has refused many offers. She wishes to do intelligent, meaningful roles that have a positive impact on the audience. Though breaking away from her present image will be a tough task, the never-say-die actress takes inspiration from none other than Shah Rukh Khan. Bips says that Shah Rukh has this amazing ability to change himself according to the audiences and very successfully too.
Well Bips, we hope that you become the audience's favourite, just like King Khan, and that they love you in intelligent roles too, though of course, we will miss our 'oomph' girl!
