Shaffi is the lucky one to direct Hello Mayavi, the big film planned with Malayalam’s two biggest stars – Mammootty and Mohanlal.

Apart from the two stars, the film is unique in its very conception. The name ‘Hello Mayavi’ is a combination of 2007’s biggest hits in Malayalam ‘Hello’, which starred Mohanlal and ‘Mayavi’ starring Mammootty.

Shaffi was the director of Hello. Raffi Mecartin, the director of Mayavi, though, will be helping Shaffi in the scripting and conception of the movie.

Both the superstars play the same characters they enacted in Mayavi and Hello for the new film – Hello Mayavi. Antony Perumbavur is the producer of the film.
