Another 12 canvasses to go and Salman is hard at work and is all set to showcase his work in an exhibition.
Salman Khan is all set to showcase his painting in an exhibition, the proceeds of which will go to his Salman Khan Foundation. Though neither a date nor venue has been fixed, Salman is furiously painting these days.
“I need to complete 12 more paintings. Painting isn’t a big deal. Ask art students and they will tell you. What is important is the concept that you work on and how you translate your concept into art.”
And what’s his concept? “Holy men from all religions. If you closely look at the pictures of these men, you realise they all look similar, till they cover their heads and there starts the division.They become maulvis, pandits, priests and all that. We differentiate ourselves through religion, otherwise, everyone would have been the same,” the actor explains.
