Salman Khan and John Abraham have just returned from the Rockstars tour.

An actress from the by-now-infamous tour, giggles, “They even returned to Mumbai on separate days. I don’t think they even wanted to be on the same aircraft.”

It now looks like the John-Salman panga that began during the shows (refer to box) will continue for a long time.

No hassles, please

John and Salman are scheduled to begin work on Ravi Chopras Babul and Nikhil Advani’s Salam-e-Ishq. Actors close to Khan, reveal that he is considering walking out of these films, as he doesn’t want to work with Abraham.

“Salman bhai likes to work with people he is comfortable with. He doesn’t like any tension on the set and to avoid any hassles during shooting, he wants to back out of these projects.”

Salman thinks this option also makes sense as he hasn’t started shooting for either of these films.

Clueless

We contacted Ravi Chopra, the director of Babul about Salman walking out of his film and he said, “As far as I know, he is still doing Babul.”

A source from Nikhil Advani’s camp revealed, “Salman was supposed to start shooting for the film from the second week of June. Due to the tours, our schedule has been moved around and I think he should start shooting some time next month.”

Reworked schedules

Salman’s secretary Vikas also sounded hopeful. “They all had a good time on the tours, I don’t know who is spreading these rumours.”

About Khan’s decision to drop out of the two films, he said, “Salman will start shooting for both Salaam-e-Ishq and Babul in the first week of July. He starts shooting for Janeman from today.”

Is it true that Salman has asked for his schedule to be reworked on, after coming back from Rockstars.

“He had okayed the dates and schedule before leaving for the concert. There is no confusion, and he will be shooting on the same dates as before.”

Ab aage kya?

Famous for changing his mind at the last minute and being moody, it will be interesting to watch where the Salman- John panga heads.

Will the two reconcile and think about the larger interest of the film, or will Salman boycott all projects with Abraham? The coming weeks hold the answer to that question.

Reasons for jhagda

The trouble between the two actors began when Salman promoted himself as the biggest draw of the tour, followed by Mallika Sherawat This irked John, who felt he was being deliberately sidelined.

Also, because of Khan, Ganesh Hegde got the boot and choreographers Bosco-Caesar came on board at the last minute, at a low price.

The actor felt bad, and asked all the stars to contribute money from their fee for their dancers. John refused, who unlike Salman has just started out, and cannot afford to be as generous.
