The successful Tamil film Rendu directed by C Sundar with Madhavan, Anushka and Rimasen in the lead is being dubbed into Telugu by AK Ramana and P Vijaykumar.
The producers say, 'So far, Madhavan had earned the name as a soft hero. He never did any ferocious and action hero roles.
For the first time, he would appear in a rough and tough character. Anushka and Rimasen's glamour would remain a highlight.
The action episodes shot on Madhavan would attract the audiences. Madhavan had done all the fights without the help of a dupe.
The entire first half is a total entertainer and the second half is very interesting.
We are sure that this film would be another hit like Madhavan's earlier films 'Cheli and Sakhi'. Presently final mixing is in progress and the first copy would be ready by next March 12. We are planning to release the film on March 23.'
