Reema Sen was one of the most-demanded heroines down south at one point of time but nothing much has been heard of her of late. Now, the story has changed and fresh offers from Tamil and Telugu have started coming in. She has signed an untitled Tamil film with hero Madhavan after a gap of six months. She has also signed a Telugu film titled Yamakola.
Reema's last release in Tamil was Rendu with Madhavan under the direction of Sundar C. The film was a big hit but Reema failed to make use of it in Kollywood. In fact, she lost a good role in cameraman Jeeva's film Dham Dhoom with Jayam Ravi. To compensate the loss, she took up a Hindi film titled Chal Chala Chal. The shooting of the movie is completed now.
In the mean time, her Manager is trying to connect her with old friends. Due to this PR work, Madhavan, one of her favourite heroes has invited her for his new film. Sunder C, who directed Reema in two successive films has also promised her the lead role in his next directorial venture.
She has also signed a new Telugu film titled Yamakola. Srinivasa Reddy will direct this film with Srikanth as the hero. It also has Meera Jasmine as the other heroine.
