Mohanlal's Onam offering Alibhai was released yesterday at 75 centers in 44 release stations all across the state. In two stations, the film was shown in four centers each. It was shown nearly 400 times in the state with hundred percent turn out.
This Shaji Kailash directed film has a very big cast including two of the leading heroines Gopika and Navya Nair acting opposite superstar Mohanlal.
As the Ramzan month is fast approaching, the producers of Alibhai, Aashirwad cinemas are planning to get the maximum out of the Onam season.
In Chennai, the film is shown in 3 screens with a total of 12 shows per day. It is said that the booking for the film is over for the next one week in all the city theaters. The exhibitors are looking very much satisfied with the turn out.
