It has hardly been four days since the results of the by polls were announced. But the realtors are now back to business in a big way. The real estate prices in and around Hyderabad have witnessed a rise of 10 percent on an average in all the areas surrounding the twin cities in the last three days.

The real estate dealers are confident that the prices will go up by another 10 to 15 percent in a couple of months. The booking of flats is also expected to pick up now with political activity stabilizing and the ‘separate Telangana’ issue going on to the back burner for at least an year.
