Rajkumar Santoshi does it again. When we were thinking that the filmmaker would be busy directing London Dreams starring Ajay Devgan and Salman Khan or maybe working on the second project Ramayan which he was enthusiastic about, he has already started a new film titled Halla Bol.
Recently, when Omkara’s title track was being shot at Film City, Rajkumar Santoshi reached the sets with his team and a couple of cameras. He was covering the song shoot for his upcoming film titled Halla Bol. Ajay Devgan is the lead in Halla Bol and his character is that of an actor. Santoshi was therefore covering shots on the sets of Omkara showing Devgan as an actor in Halla Bol. He also covered some on the sets scenes with Kareena Kapoor
Kumar Mangat, the producer of Omkara says that he has had a long association with Santoshi. Besides, it was amazing to see two films being shot on the same set with complete harmony. Halla Bol stars Vidya Balan opposite Ajay Devgan and is scheduled to release by this year end.
Talking about Rajkumar Santoshi’s another film London Dreams he has rubbished the rumors that the lead actor Salman Khan insisted on replacing leading lady Priyanka Chopra with Katrina Kaif Santoshi says that the selection of actors is only his decision and no one else can interfere. Now that however both Priyanka and Katrina are out of London Dreams, there is a buzz that Salman has his sight set on newcomer Deepika Padukone for the film.
