It would come as a surprise as to what extent Rajanikanth and Shankar can go to get a scene right. Everyone is baffled at the fair complexion of Rajani in a scene. The song shows Rajani like a foreigner with fair skin at all. All this is not possible with just make-up. Rajani underwent skin peeling technique in which the top layer of the skin is peeled off with the help of mild acid.
The inner skin that comes out is fresh and white. The old skin grows back after a month. Rajani patiently sat for around six to seven sittings for this procedure which appiers in the film for just a few minutes.
