The CPM leader B V Raghavulu’s daughter Sujana married her long time lover and fellow student this evening. Sujana is studying at the Jawaharlal Nehru University in New Delhi. The groom is from a different religion.
The inter-religious marriage was performed with the consent of both the families. Sujana’s husband Mohammad is doing his M Phil at present. In keeping up with his communist principles, Raghavulu performed the marriage without any ostentation at the Pucchapalli Sudarayya Vedika at Bagh Lingampally. The marriage was a simple affair and was attended by some close relatives and friends of Raghavulu.
