Star director Ram Gopal Varma is ruling the roost in Bollywood. But his meteoric rise had a humble beginning. He eked out a living by renting out CDS and DVDs in Ameerpet in Hyderabad.
He developed friendship with ace cinematographer S Gopal Reddy and this led to bigger things. Gopal Reddy introduced RGK to Nagarjuna and this led to the film Siva. And the rest is history.
