Lakshmi Parvati, wife of NT Rama Rao has filed an affidavit in the Nampally court asking for the prosecution of Balakrishna Lakshmi Parvathi in her petition alleged that Balakrishna made some unwarranted and wholly untruthful allegations against her.
Balakrisha and Laakshmi Parvati are waging a legal battle for the custody of the Basavatarakam trust. The case is now in the High court. Balakrishna alleged that the marriage between Lakshmi Parvati was not legal as Lakshmi Parvati had not divorced her first husband.
He also said that Lakshmi Parvati married her father only for money. Lakshmi Parvati says that Balakrishna has caused immense damage to her name and hence field a petition for his prosecution for defamation.
