The Tamil 'Veerakalandai' is being dubbed into Telugu as Poratam Th film has Surya and Jyotika in the lead roles. The film is about the fight by the children for securing the love of their parents. The film is based on family sentiment and also an action thriller. Surya's father in real life Sivakumar is playing his father in reel life too.
Surya has a good fan following in Telugu. The producers want to cash in on this. The film is being produced in Telugu by P Ssi Manogna on the Sri Sai Manikrishna Creations banner.Lyrics and dialogues are by Rajashekar Reddy, music by Deva , photography Selva, Fights Kannal Kannan and KR Jaya is the director.
