It is now more than two days after the attack took place on Rajashekar and his wife and children. But the police have not yet succeeded in nabbing even a single culprit. The police have evidence by way of videotapes but even then, they say that they are yet to verify their identities. Seven fans of Chiranjeevi who were involved in the attack on Rajashekar and his family surrendered before the police last evening. The police have now realized that some of them are fake fans. The police have formed two special teams to nab the attackers but have not made any progress so far.

But it appears that it is all a big drama. The police now say that four out of the seven are actually fake fans. They are not the fans of Chiranjeevi at all. They were paid money by the real attackers and asked to surrender before the police. The real culprits are still at large. One of the main accused says that he was not in Hyderabad when the attack took place. He was in his hometown in Krishna district on Tuesday. The police are clueless as the whereabouts of the real attackers. The police are trying to find out as to who is the key person behind this surrender drama. Two helpers Uday Manohar and Palraj Ganapati tewar of the ‘Air Works’ company which provides helicopter to Ambhani, were arrested and produced before the court. They said to be confessed of committing the crime act. They are in a quite dangerous situation for being the prime accused in this case. Persons entrusted them for doing this job may try to make them silence for more People-lost-confidence-in-the-law:-Chiru  In a press meet here at Hyderabad PRP President Chiranjeevi said that people are supporting the police encounter, because they are fast loosing confidence in our law, which contains many loop holes that will allow culprits escape without any punishment. He said the Government’s failure in stitching the loop holes encourages the anti social elements to go on with their activities like this acid attacks. He blamed the police for not taking timely action before the incident, and for taking law into their own hands. Chiranjeevi more Film-on-Ayesha-murder-case  The film Devarakonda Veeraiah is a film by the indomitable and energetic R Narayanamurthy. The story of the film is based on the sensational Ayesha murder case that took place in Vijayawada. Ayesha was raped and brutally murdered in her hostel. The police have failed to nail the culprit so far. It is said that the culprit is the grandson of a senior congress leader who is also a minister in the YS Rajashekar Reddy cabinet. In the film Devarakonda Veeraiah, the culprit goes scot-free after the police join hands with the father of the rapist and murdered in return for money. Veeraiah then takes the more Fan-posts-Shilpa-Shettys-mobile-number-on-Internet  Bollywood actor Shilpa Shetty was swamped with hundreds of calls after a fan got hold of her private number and sent it out in a mass e-mail, forcing her to file a police complaint, her publicist said Tuesday. The complaint asks police to trace the fan, said Shetty's publicist Dale Bhagwagar. Currently in Britain performing a musical titled ``Miss Bollywood,'' the actress was ``extremely perturbed'' her number was known to hundreds of people who called or sent her SMS messages, he said. more 36-held-for-Tadipathri-violence  The situation in Tadipathri continues to be tense. The congress and the TDP party workers clashed and set fire to houses and shops in the area. The police have finally swung into action and arrested 36 people so far. Of them, 25 are congress workers and 11 are TDP workers. Some more miscreants identified by the police are absconding and efforts are on to trace and nab them. more |
