The Nampally court today issued non-bailable warrant against 10 persons and asked them to appear it the court within a week. The NBW was issued after they failed to appear in court. The case pertains to the recent incident in which the car of actor Rajashekar was chased by some fans of Chiranjeevi and was pelted with stones.

Rajashekar , his wife Jeevitha and their two daughters were travelling in the car when the attack took place. The attack came after Rajashekar made some comments to the effect that Chiranjeevi did not have any experience in politics and as such, there was no question if his joining the proposed political party of Chiranjeevi
Chiranjeevi had to personally apologize for the unfortunate incident.

    Non-bailable-warrant-for-Balakrishna


    Dharvaram Court issued a non bailable arrest warrant to Nandamuri Balakrishna. Police has filed a case against him for violating election code of conduct during the last general elections. The court has ordered him to attend personally to defend himself. But, he seems to be ignored the court order, for which the court ordered for his arrest.     A non bailable arrest warrant has been issued against the PRP chief Chiranjeevi. The First Munsif Magistrate Court in Narsaraopeta issued the arrest warrant.

    The police had registered a case against Chiranjeevi for violation of poll code. The court took serious view of the police not following up on the case. Hence it issued a non bailable arrest warrant against Chiranjeevi.

    Court issued Non-bailable arrest warrants on Chiru fans when they failed to appear in the court. However arrest warrants were recalled.

    Rajashekar and Jeevitha have been served with a non-bailable arrest warrant. The warrant pertains to a cheque bounce case. The warrant has been issued by the Proddutur court. The case was filed by a Proddutur based financier.

    He alleged that Rajashekar and Jeevitha borrowed a sum of 25 lakhs from him for making a film. The cheque issued by them bounced and hence he filed a case. The Magistrate has asked the Hyderabad police to arrest Rajashekar and Jeevitha within 10 days and produce them in the court.

    A non-bailable arrest warrant has been issued against YS Jagan, son of chief minister YS Rajashekar Reddy. Jagan is the congress party candidate from the Kadapa parliamentary constituency. The first class additional magistrate issued the warrant after the police informed that Jagan had not applied for bail and that he is still at large.

    Arrest-warrant-issued-against-Boney-Kapoor

    An arrest warrant was issued against producer Boney Kapoor by a court in Indore in a case for dishonoring a cheque.

    Financier Mahdendra Singh Bedi had filed the case against Boney.

    Bedi said that he has filed a police complaint in June last year against Boney as a cheque given by the latter was dishonoured. According to Bedi, he has made some payments for one of Boney’s earlier film.

    January 5, 2007, has been fixed as the next day of hearing and the court has directed Boney to appear on that day.
