The first copy of 'Tilak', the dubbed version of a successful Tamil film, presented by M Vishnuvardhan Reddy and produced by Avula Krishnaiah on the banner of Sri Sivakrishna Combines is ready.
Saratkumar played the role of a journalist, while Nayanatara played the female lead in the movie.

Producer says, 'The movie is basically a political drama with journalism in its backdrop. It is the story of a journalist, who prevents the government's bid to acquire the lands of poor farmers and hand it over to the industrialists at a very cheaper rate in the name of industrialisation.

Director R Saratkumar moulded the subject excellently and perfectly picturised how a minister resorted to misuse his government machinery. Nayanatara's glamour and performance, the special song choreographed on Mumaith Khan would be added attractions.'
