Mona Chopra made her debut in Telugu with the film 'A Film by Aravind'. She later set her sights on Bollwood and acted in a movie titled 'Red Swastik' (Murder 2 in Telugu). The film bombed and with it the dreams of Mona crashed. She blames the director Vinod Pande for this.
She says that the publicity foe the film was bad and this led people to believe that it was some cheap sex film when in fact it was a movie about a Psychopathic killer.Mona dreams of upstaging Mallika Sherawat but her dreams have gone sour. She has come into the industry much against the wishes of her parents and brother.
She now wants to prove herself as an artist of caliber. She is now doing a music album with Prahlad Kakkar. She hopes that the album would give her image a makeover.
