The imminent entry of Chiranjeevi into politics has rattled all the political parties in the state. The congress, the TDP, TRS, BJP, the left – are seen commenting about Chiranjeevi and also discussing about his impact on them.
The biggest political party in the state as well as country, Congress, seems to be the most worried about the entry of Chiranjeevi Many senior congress leaders are openly admitting that Chiranjeevi has the potential to hit the congress hard and make it difficult for them to come back to power if he launches a political party.
The AICC in charge of Congress for Andhra Pradesh, Veerappa Moily inadvertently let the cat out of the bag when he said that Chiranjeevi should not start a political party. In fact, Moliy seemed to be actually requesting Chiranjeevi with folded hands not to start a political party.
On one side, Moily said that the congress party was a 120 years old institution and no one can cause any damage to the party. Media observers now are asking Moily that if it is indeed so, then why is the congress party so worried about Chiru starting a party. Where was the need for Moily to come out openly and request Chiru not to start a political party?
