The congress high command has made several organizational changes. The AICC in charge for AP Digvijy Singh has been shifted to Uttar Pradesh.
The former CM of Karnataka Veerappa Moily will be the new in charge of Andhra Pradesh affairs. Rahul Gandhi has been made the Congress party General Secretary and also inducted to the Congress Working Committee. He will also look after the affairs of the Youth congress.
