Mohanlal and Meera Jasmine has joined the sets of the new Sathyan movie, which is planned as a Vishu film. The movie produced in the banner of Lal's home production Aashirwad Cinemas, will feature him as Gopakumar- a garment exporter who specializes in exporting fabrics to the Middle East.
Meera appears as a lady who has just graduated in fashion technology. Last time when Lal and Meera came together was for another film, directed by Sathyan Anthikkad 'Rasathanthram', which was one of the biggest hit of the year.
The new movie which is scripted by the director himself also features Sukanya, Mohini , Mukesh, Vijayaraghavan, and Ashokan in important roles.
The film planned to get completed in a single schedule will be shot at Theni, Kambam and in Kochy. Ilayaraja-Gireesh Puthencherry team creates the songs for the film while Azhagappan is behind the camera. The film will grace the theatres on the first week of April.
