Mithun Chakraborty plays the role of a hardcore don in Ashim Samanta’s forthcoming venture Don Muthuswami. He is said to be a Don with a difference in the film. The film is based on the story of a Don who improves his image on the advice of his father. Don Muthuswami does not kill anybody with a bullet, but with laughter. “This is our eighth film with Mithun and he is so hilarious that people will definitely flock the theatres to watch him. He is such a professional actor that he used to be prepared well in advance with his scenes and make notes during the shooting.
He would then rehearse with everyone on the sets each day. He made sure no one wasted time during their takes and this definitely reduced my burden as a director,” says Ashim Samanta. The film also stars Hrishita Bhatt, Rohit Roy, Mohit Raina, Anusmriti and Shakti Kapoor, and it is produced by Shakti Samanta.
