After completing the first schedule of Ore Kadal and Vande Matharam, Mammootty has joined the sets of Major Ravi film Mission 90 Days.

The film which tells the dark but real stories behind Rajiv Gandhi assassination has Mammootty wielding the role of Major Shivram, the chief of National Security Guards.

The film will be shot in Bangalore and Madras in the remaining schedules. Major Ravi is trying his best to get permission to shoot at Sree Perumputhoor also.
