There's nothing like watching an authentic pair of daddy-son in the movies. The camaraderie and chemistry just shines through. Plus, the father and son combo also adds to the curiosity factor of the film.

One such film featuring such a combo is Apne which sees Dharmendra playing reel life dad to sons Sunny and Bobby Deol.

Dharmendra and Sunny Deol had starred in J P Dutta's multi-starrer, Kshatriya.

And before that, the Jat father-son duo crossed swords, literally, in Mukul Anand's ambitious desert drama, Sultanat. The flaky script didn't offer them a chance to convey any beta-pitaji emotions.

Let's hope we see more of them in Anil Sharma's forthcoming family flick.
