The Majlis party in Hyderabad is now trying to give a communal angle to the JUDA strike. The MIM party legislators now say that the strike by doctors is nothing but a political game and the BJP is behind the striking doctors. The MIM says that the issue is more of a political nature than anything to do with the attack on doctors. The MIM wants the government and medical council of India to cancel their medical degrees.
The MIM is also opposed to the ordinance issued by the government to protect doctors on duty. Now anyone who attacks doctors could be jailed up to three years in addition to a fine. The government will also post additional surety at all hospitals for the protection of the doctors.
